Digital Designer

We're on the hunt for a Digital Designer to join us at Steadfast Collective.
Our focus is crafting community-focused digital applications which are used by millions and we’re looking to expand our team to include a digital designer.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, is keen to grow and wants to join a team that is looking to make a difference to the web.
As a team, we always aim to leave the internet in a better place than we found it.
This position is open to UK residents only; we are unable to consider applications from candidates residing outside the United Kingdom.
Our Ideal Partner
3+ years of experience in digital design or a similar role
Has led digital design projects from ideation to delivery
Worked on, and delivered, a wide variety of high-calibre projects
Extensive portfolio of tried and tested designs that clearly demonstrates creative flair and passion for design.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, with a focus on responsive design.
Experience working Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma
Excellent communication skills for working closely with a team of developers
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excited to build digital products that make the internet a better place
