Here at Steadfast Collective, we love listening to podcasts. With the popularity of this creative medium on the rise, we wanted to share some of our team’s favourite listening.

Laravel Portugal Live is a live podcast on Youtube every Friday at 9pm.Every week, they discuss topics related to Laravel, PHP, development in general, and much more. They’ve had guests well-known by the Laravel community, like Taylor Otwell, Freek Van der Herten and Adam Wathan.

Dan

Diary of a CEO. Steve Bartlett’s pure, unfiltered honesty cuts through the usual entrepreneurial facade and gives a glimpse into his real day to day decision making, experiences, and outlook. It’s both reassuring and inspiring to hear such brutal honesty, especially in a field where the negatives are often masked. I would recommend this podcast to anyone aspiring to enter the entrepreneurial ring or who is looking for comfort to know that every business has ups and downs.

Hashtag Authentic is a podcast by Sara Tasker of ‘Me & Orla‘ guiding through lessons, tips and tricks on how to grow your creative business online. Featuring interviews with online experts and creative entrepreneurs, the podcast is perfect for dreamers, makers and creators looking to take their next step in their creative business.

Alongside the podcast, Sara has built up an authentic community of followers who inspire, encourage and inform. There are lots of lessons I’ve learnt along the way through my weekly listening and through Sara’s blog.

Pete

The Vergecast is my go to the weekly podcast. The witty and insightful 60-minute podcast is always something I look forward to on a Friday. Now into its 300th episode, this podcast gives me an insightful update on the past week in technology, often with special appearances from other reporters from The Verge team.  If you’re someone who glances at technology websites such as The Verge, Engadget or TechCrunch I expect you’ll enjoy The Vergecast as much as I do.
