Cranmore Park

Crafting a new digital presence to increase perceived quality

Cranmore Park, known for its excellent event and exhibition facilities, needed a better way to attract bookings through their website. To help them achieve this, we teamed up with their team to refresh their online presence as part of a larger marketing strategy. Our main goals were boosting their market image, attracting new clients, and providing their team with an easy-to-use CMS. By working closely with their marketing team, we created a strategy focused on optimising user journeys, enhancing the site’s design, and implementing a robust CMS (Statamic). The newly redesigned website, built with a clear structure and content plan, has led to more conversions, higher organic traffic, and smoother user experiences. We continue to work with Cranmore Park, helping to strengthen its digital presence further and support its ongoing marketing efforts.

Cranmore Park is a well-known venue for its excellent event and exhibition facilities. However, they were struggling to attract more clients to book their space. It became clear that their website wasn’t fully showcasing the venue’s quality, which, in turn, was holding back their marketing efforts. They needed a substantial upgrade to present their offerings better and improve customer outreach. Additionally, Cranmore Park required a more efficient CMS, allowing their team to manage content easily, update pages quickly, and maintain consistent messaging. Their old website wasn’t optimised for driving organic traffic, so a better foundation to support SEO was a plus.

The primary objective was to elevate Cranmore Park’s market presence and attract new business by guiding various audience types—such as event planners, exhibitors, and corporate clients—through a clear, engaging conversion journey. The new website needed to build trust with prospects by providing concise information about the venue’s services and strengthening communication.

Already partnering with AIS, Cranmore Park’s parent company, we worked closely with the Cranmore Park team on their website's strategic redesign and development. By collaborating to define goals and identify key challenges, we created a focused strategy to optimise user journeys, enhance the site’s design to improve perceived quality and implement a more powerful CMS (Statamic) to support their internal operations. We conducted a thorough discovery process, gathering user and stakeholder insights to inform our approach.

We developed a detailed site map and content structure to define the final product, ensuring that conversion-focused and informational pathways were well-planned. Leveraging Cranmore Park’s updated branding, our UX/UI design team designed a user-friendly website, and our brilliant developers built an intuitive CMS using Statamic. Throughout the project, we maintained close contact with Cranmore Park’s team, making refinements and improvements based on user heatmaps and flow data to ensure the best results.

The results have been impressive. The redesigned website has significantly improved its outreach efforts, leading to increased conversions, better organic traffic, stronger user engagement, and, importantly, elevated its perceived quality. Working with Cranmore Park has been a rewarding experience, and we continue to support their team in strengthening their digital presence month by month.
