Resurgo

Resurgo is dedicated to empowering individuals through its employability programmes, Spear and Re-Work, and its business team coaching programmes, which help people overcome barriers to employment and career growth. With their reach growing, Resurgo recognised the need for a unified digital platform to streamline their processes, centralise resources, and offer seamless access for staff, coaches, and delegates on their programmes. The goal was to create a system allowing coaches to focus on their transformative work while providing a hub for delegates to access essential materials and support their growth.

Resurgo approached Steadfast Collective to bring this vision to life. Our challenge was to design and build an online coaching management platform that would unify Resurgo’s operations and enhance the user experience for internal Resurgo team members and their clients. We worked closely with the Resurgo team to understand their needs and developed a solution using Laravel and Vue.js that allowed for flexibility and scalability.

A key platform feature is the bespoke administration panel, giving the Resurgo team complete control over user/delegate management and content. To further streamline the team's operations, we integrated the platform with their Salesforce CRM, reducing the need for data replication across systems and ensuring consistency throughout. The platform supports multiple user levels—staff, coach, and delegate—each with tailored permissions to access relevant content, creating a personalised experience for every user.

Throughout the project, our UX/UI design team mapped, considered and designed the platform to meet functional needs and reflect Resurgo’s brand and mission through all points of interaction. The result is a powerful tool that allows Resurgo to focus more on their coaching and less on administrative tasks.

Since its launch, the platform has been well-received, and Resurgo is already planning future updates to enhance its capabilities. This project began a long-term partnership between Steadfast Collective and Resurgo, and we're delighted to continue supporting them.
