When Make Lemonade (formerly Niche Website Builders) realised they had outgrown their old identity, they knew it was time for a change. As their business expanded, serving a wider community of investors, portfolio owners, and digital entrepreneurs, they needed a new brand and website that reflected this evolution. That’s where we came in - to build a platform that embraced their rebrand and supported their growth.

We started the project with a strategic workshop involving key stakeholders to get to the heart of what Make Lemonade wanted to achieve. It was clear the new site needed more than a visual refresh; it had to be a robust platform that engaged users, streamlined payments, and made content management simple for their internal team.

During the design phase, we created multiple visual concepts; each iterated with feedback to ensure it perfectly matched Make Lemonade’s ethos of “turning opportunities into success”. The final design was modern and welcoming, aimed at driving engagement and showcasing their mission of helping clients maximise the value of their digital assets.

In development, we integrated advanced Stripe features to handle various payment needs, from single transactions to subscription services. We also built a dynamic community marketplace with advanced search and filtering tools to allow users to buy, sell, and trade digital assets. Interactive components such as personalised dashboards, user profiles, and real-time analytics helped enhance engagement.

A standout feature is the custom CMS, designed for easy content updates and campaign management. This allows Make Lemonade’s team to maintain the site independently without technical support.

Since launching, the new website has received positive feedback, leading to increased engagement and higher conversion rates. It’s now a powerful tool supporting Make Lemonade’s mission and growing community.
