Their other arm, Resurgo Consulting, helps deliver group coaching to teams, helping them to work together more effectively and create social change.
The Goal
Resurgo were looking to design an online learning platform for their coaches and delegates to improve three key areas of their infrastructure.
1) A unified brand experience for all stakeholders
2) Improve processes to lessen the manual load on coaches
3) A centralised hub for delegates

Results
We delivered a learning management platform which allows Resurgo to focus on day-to-day coaching rather than administration.
The platform gives each user level; staff, coach and delegate, permission to manage and access the content relevant to them.
Our Salesforce integration minimises the need for data-replication across multiple platforms.
We worked with Lobo on the UX and design of the platform, ensuring that the stakeholders at Resurgo had input at every stage.
Now rolled out, this initial version of the platform is only the start, with Resurgo looking to make regular improvements throughout the year.
