West Horsley Place is a rich, historic estate with a Grade I‑listed Manor House, centuries of history, natural beauty, and a vibrant cultural programme. They needed a website that could:

• Integrated forms for newsletter sign‑up, donations, volunteer applications, and enquiries with a clear path for user engagement

Payments & forms

Donations are designed to use Stripe for one-off and regular giving, while Ticket Tailor continues to process event sales. Key enquiry forms for private hire, weddings, and volunteering route to the right staff and are easy to extend. 

Results & impact

Visitors can browse ‘What’s On’ with less effort and find dates that suit them. The team can publish faster, track more of the funnel, and tell the charity story with clarity. The platform is ready to grow into membership, deeper donations, and on-site accommodation when the time is right.
