Every engagement, whatever the size, moves through the same four stages.
1. Discover
We sit with your team and work out what the platform actually needs to do. Who uses it, what frustrates them today, what "good" looks like in two years. This is where we find out that the renewal process has a manual step nobody mentioned, or that the finance team exports everything to a spreadsheet every Friday.
Discover ends with a written scope, a recommended approach and a realistic budget range. If the honest answer is that you do not need a rebuild, we will tell you.
2. Architecture

4. Develop
